What’s Included in your hire?
The Hobbies Centre have a range of rooms of various sizes from small meeting or office rooms, sports hall, competition grade martial arts block and at the centre of the building a large hall that can easily accommodate 150 - 200 people. All rooms including the Main Hall can be hired on an hourly or daily basis with a minimum hire for weekends of 2hrs. Kitchen facilities are available to hire at weekends by discretion and extra fee’s apply - please ask if you need to access the kitchen during weekends.

** Weekend hire is a minimum of 2 hours regardless of room.
*** £2 from every hire of the Martial Arts Block is set aside as a mat replacement fund to ensure mats are always in excellent condition.

Tables and chairs are available for use in the Main Hall. Table sizes are 6ft x 2 1/5ft and are available to use with your booking should you require them, also all other rooms in the centre also have tables at your disposal. If you do or do not need tables setting then please let us know at the time of booking and we will ensure that things are ready for you upon your arrival. Tables are also available to hire for use at an external venue for £10 each and we have approx 30 tables available.
Wi fi is included free at the centre with exception to the Sports Hall, although we are hoping to extend this in future.
There are toilet and wash room facilities on both floors in the main building that are spotlessly maintained by our team of caretakers.
Disabled access is provided across the whole of the centre to the ground floor and disabled toilet is located close to the main entrance.
Snack bar facilities are provided daily by the centre who serve a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks throughout the day. Hot and cold meals are provided during lunch time for groups accessing the centre during the day.
We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and that appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking it is vital to contact us at the earliest convenience. If you do not contact us we reserve the right to still charge for your booking.

Room Rents 2016 - 2017
Wherever possible we would like to accommodate and reschedule your booking as we would not like to see any financial loss on either part. Should there be any issues with the hire of any rooms for whatever reason Grange Farm Hobbies Centre will at the earliest time contact you and inform you of any changes to the room you have booked.
All prices per hour
There is a half hour setup/close down time parties only.
All other time is charged.
The half hour does not apply to Residential Groups.
Damage During Your Hire
We ensure that everything is functioning in the room you are hiring prior to your hire commencing. You are required to look after and respect the room and its contents at all times. Any damage caused to the room or its contents and or resulting in the the degradation of its fixtures or fittings will be chargeable to you. As the group leader and person taking responsibility for the booking it is your responsibility to ensure the members of your group respect our centre.
